I am a NASM Level 3 qualified personal trainer and nutritional Advisor with all the best up-to-date knowledge to train many individuals to the best of my ability. I have also chosen to complete my UEFA FA Level 2, this is so I can take my love for coaching to a more professional level.
I used to compete in long jump at county level so I know the demand and what it takes to reach the top and get to your overall goal, this takes dedication and hard work which is a minimum expectation.
