SPIN is studio cycling on a fixed bike with a weighted fly wheel that can be adjusted, this motivational class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and calorie burn.
- SPIN BEATS – Very motivational and coached class with hi-energy dance/techno music to take you to a whole new level of indoor cycling!
- SPIN Freestyle – There is no predetermined format, your trainer can bring variation of music and styles so they can surprise you every time!
- SPIN STRONG – Similar to SPIN BEATS but with added hand weights in some tracks to train upper body while your legs keep working
