About the gym class
BURN is a brand new way to burn calories, become stronger, and achieve your goals – BURN is a form of high intensity training but not as you know it. Based on athlete tested strength and conditioning workouts which use functional movements yet performed at a high intensity level to increase calorie use. BURN is for everybody as all the exercises can be modified by our trainers in the class. Each BURN class will get you reaching new metabolic levels and with different focuses in each class our trainers will push you that bit further.
