we are a no contact gym, we simply ask that you give us one months notice via email at Admin@gym-fix.co.uk
How Do I Cancel My Membership
Simply send us a message to Admin@gym-fix.co.uk giving at least one months notice of cancellation
On What Date Is My Direct Debit Collected
This will depend on your joining/start date. if for example you commence your membership on the 5th of January – your collection date would be the 5th of each month.
How Do I Change My Direct Debit Collection Date
Simply speak to a member of our team in the gym and we can arrange for your collection date to be adjusted. (there may be a pro rota payment required to adjust the date)
Do I Need A Gym Induction
We would love all our members to complete a gym induction when joining this service is offer as part of your joining fee . however if you are an experienced gym goer we are able to bypass this if requested. speak to a member of our team if you would like to bypass this induction.
Do You Have Fitness Testing
Yes, we are able to offer full fitness testing with a bespoke fitness program. this may be free depending on the membership you have taken out. for further info speak to a member of our team
Do You Have Personal Training
Yes, we have some of the best personal trainers in London. different trainers specialise in different forms of fitness. Speak to a member of our team for further information.
How Do I Cancel A Fitness Class Im Booked Onto
this can be done simply on your club-link app. if your class is within the next two hours you will only be able to cancel this via phone.
